Communicate clearly with stakeholders to align use cases with Deel's best practices
Identify and resolve complex problems, providing global payroll expertise
Collaborate with Customer Experience & R&D; document implementation processes and best practices
Requisitos principales 3+ years in a customer onboarding role for a B2B SaaS product in HR, Payroll, or Finance
Multilingual: Fluent in German and English
Strong customer relationship skills and a passion for teaching others
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Clear written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
High attention to detail in onboarding plans and schedules
Adaptability in autonomous, high-pressure settings
