Responsabilidades
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Spain and Italy to deliver sustainable revenue growth
Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of Account Executives, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Field Marketing professionals
Drive partner-led growth by building relationships with distributors, resellers, and channel partners




Develop account strategies to expand existing enterprise customers and win new business
Own regional sales forecasting, pipeline management, budgeting, and overall commercial performance
Build trusted relationships with C-level and key decision-makers across enterprise organisations
Lead complex negotiations involving procurement, legal, and executive stakeholders
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute go-to-market initiatives
Support customers and partners through large-scale software implementations and digital transformation projects
Identify new market opportunities and strategies to increase Iberia market share
Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent and foster accountability and success
Travel regularly across Spain, Italy, and internationally as needed
