Evolve and implement Go-To-Market strategy in new markets and adapt propositions to local realities
Collaborate with local teams to define brand positioning, sales methodology, and supporting tools
Develop strategy for adjacent business opportunities and new product ideas
Define and test pricing strategies across the organization
Lead the general HR strategy with cross-country initiatives and key HR projects
Support the Chief HR Officer with executive-level activities and governance materials
Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural experience
