Overview
In this role you drive the mechanical development across projects from requirements through design release and verification. You shape robust, cost‐effective solutions that comply with customer, regulatory, and internal standards across the full lifecycle, including RFQ and RFI phases. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to define, analyze, and validate mechanical systems, ensuring timely releases and issue resolution. You apply simulations and analyses to de‐risk designs while maintaining quality and cost targets. This is a hands‐on role that combines technical leadership with strong collaboration to deliver engineering excellence.
Responsabilidades Lead mechanical requirements definition, analysis, clarification, and implementation through design freeze milestones
Design and develop mechanical architectures and components with compliance to standards, guidelines, and cost targets
Own the mechanical BOM and ensure deliverables are ready for each release
Plan, review,



and drive analyses and simulations (finite element, thermal) and design reviews
Support verification, issue investigation, test result review, and drive corrective actions through change management
Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
3+ years of mechanical design and development in a structured product development environment
Knowledge of materials science, thermodynamics, and mechanical simulation methods (FEA, CFD)
Experience with requirements, change, configuration, and problem management tools
