The Product Manager will bring together a general team drawn from existing Compleat regional teams across Europe first, and other regions, as a second step. They will lead the transformation of the team by embedding a Product Management mindset, adopting Agile and Scrum methodologies, and establishing a clear vision and strategic purpose for Compleat over the next two years.
The role will also be responsible for monitoring the evolution of our automation platforms and frameworks, ensuring Compleat's direction remains fully aligned with FCTG's Order Management automation strategy, product roadmaps, and long-term technology vision.
Product Culture Deployment
Manage a global team across multiple regions (USA, Europe, Asia), fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and integration.
Expertise in SAP Compleat or Similar automation systems
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Comfortable working in English.
