Overview
In this role you will lead the post-booking product area to enhance digital self-service and satisfaction across direct channels. You will align product strategy with business goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate needs into value-driving features. You shape the roadmap, run user research, and monitor impact to maximize revenue while reducing costs. This is a chance to influence the post-booking journey for millions of customers and contribute to a sustainable, customer-centric airline.
Responsabilidades Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap across stakeholders
Define features, functionality and positioning in collaboration with stakeholders
Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap with cross-functional input
Break down roadmap into actionable releases and sprints
Conduct user research and analyze data to identify needs and pain points
Work with UX/UI designers to create user-centric digital experiences
Refine requirements based on feedback and insights




Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product Owners to translate requirements into technical specs
Monitor adoption and usage analytics of post-booking products
Define KPIs to assess product success
Oversee post-booking flows such as Manage My Booking and Check-in
Negotiate priorities considering business needs and market changes
Requisitos principales 5+ years in Product Management, Software Development, Data Product Ownership, or AI Product Development
5+ years of practical Agile experience (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or related roles)
End-to-end ownership of high-visibility digital channel products with impact on revenue, cost and CX
Strong stakeholder engagement across commercial, CX and IT
Experience monitoring product performance via usage analytics and feedback loops
Academic background aligning with engineering, business, marketing, statistics, CS, economics, or related fields
Solid command of Agile principles and framework
