Overview
In this role you will own Belgium payroll processing as part of Deels general payroll platform, guiding junior teammates and ensuring compliant, accurate delivery. You will work with cross-functional partners to optimize processes, implement new payroll systems, and address complex regulatory requirements. Responsabilidades Oversee payroll data processing for Belgium employees
Maintain accurate employee records
Verify and reconcile salaries, hours, and deductions
Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings
Provide payroll support to employees
Ensure compliance with Belgium payroll laws and regulations
Lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems
Requisitos principales Bachelor in Business, Accounting, or a related field
3+ years of experience in payroll or a related field
Strong knowledge of Belgium payroll laws and regulations
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency in English, Dutch or French
