Overview
As a Tooling Engineer at Valeo Martos, you will lead the development and management of injection molds for headlamps and rear lamps for premium automakers. You will collaborate with R&D;, purchasing, quality, and suppliers to ensure mold designs meet Valeo's standards before production. You will guide design teams, validate injection processes, and support transfer to manufacturing, contributing to innovative lighting solutions in a fast-paced, international setting. Responsabilidades Guide part design engineers in defining plastic component designs
Define mold requirements and supplier nomination criteria
Review mold designs from suppliers and initiate steel and machining orders
Validate mold building and tuning before transfer




Confirm injection process setup and tuning prior to serial production
Support plant and injection suppliers to set up, tune, and validate processes and molds
Requisitos principales Experience in mold development or injection process
Engineering degree
Results-oriented with development focus
Team player across R&D;, purchasing, project, quality
Ability to work in multicultural environments (Europe, India, China)
Willingness to travel ±15% to moldmaker and injection plants
Interest in mold/injection technologies and innovation
English level B2 mandatory
