In this role, you will lead complex aerial vehicle and airborne system projects, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams across national and international settings. You will manage performance against scope, schedule, cost and quality while partnering with customers and authorities. You help shape next‐generation aerial platforms within collaborative industrial and institutional frameworks, driving technical reviews and milestones. Responsabilidades Programme and project management of aerial vehicle developments
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage subcontractors
Plan and control schedule, budget and risks
Interface with customers and report on progress
Coordinate technical reviews and milestones
Support business development, proposals and project planning




Coordinate with certification, airworthiness, and regulatory bodies when required
Manage national and international consortium projects
Ensure compliance with contractual, technical and quality requirements
Requisitos principales Proven experience managing aerospace or defence development programmes
Strong understanding of aircraft development lifecycles
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams
Knowledge of systems engineering processes and project management methodologies
Experience working with customers, authorities and industrial partners
Experience in international collaborative programmes
Knowledge of certification and airworthiness processes is an asset
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Advanced MS Office
Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools
Knowledge of Jira, Primavera or other project management tools would be an asset
