Overview In this role you will lead Unusual Ventures' Founder Services and Platform teams to accelerate portfolio companies. You'll own day-to-day operations, align resources with founder needs, and set high standards for value-added support. You will collaborate closely with the founder ecosystem and shape repeatable programs that help startups scale from pre-seed to Series B. This is a senior, impact-driven role that blends operational leadership with hands-on founder coaching.

Responsabilidades Own the day-to-day operations of the Founder Services and Platform teams, including people, priorities, and standards
Direct resources across talent, go-to-market, marketing, events, content, and introductions to reach founders in need
Support founders at any stage on recruiting, go-to-market, customers, narrative, or media coverage
Build and codify playbooks to scale founder support into repeatable, high-quality programs
Set the standard for true value-add in venture and ensure delivery is practical and measurable
Requisitos principales Proven operator with a track record in enterprise software startups as Founder CEO or COO
Experience building and scaling companies with a clear sense of traction versus noise
Experience creating go-to-market and recruiting motions and coaching founders in both areas
Ability to challenge founders with credibility while maintaining rapport
Strong leadership capable of owning execution and raising team performance
