Hire, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to sustain strong performance and skill growth
Drive revenue growth by consistently identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for new business and expansion
Conduct regular 1:1s,
forecast reviews, and strategy sessions for effective planning and territory management
Build and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks for predictable, repeatable execution
Monitor pipeline, activity, and forecasts; address risks and adjust strategy as needed
Act as player-coach by joining key opportunities and modeling effective sales practices
Partner cross-functionally to enable smooth handoffs, strong customer engagement, and aligned priorities
Analyze performance trends and KPIs to provide actionable insights
Ensure CRM hygiene, reporting, and forecasting discipline
Lead initiatives to improve sales processes, team efficiency, and customer experience
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly team revenue targets
