The company is Transitioning the southern cluster from a relationship-heavy legacy style to a data-centric, high performance team environment.
Drive shift from site-based to unified regional operating model
Operational Excellence Deliver TPM, OEE, and bottleneck improvement across plants
Supply Chain & Cost Optimisation Implement centralised planning across supply chain and production
Reduce logistics inefficiencies and inventory costs
Desired Profile Master's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field + MBA is preferable.
A leader who can build and coach plant manager across the various sites.
Multilingualism is a prerequisite (English + Italian/Spanish)
