Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and technical positions
Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry communities, and referral programmes
Deliver structured and consistent selection process to ensure fair and high-quality hiring decisions
Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and promote best hiring practices
Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency




Coordinate employment compliance requirements for international assignments, including posted worker registrations, A1 certificates, local employment notifications, tax and employment documentation, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Lead integral mobility framework that ensures compliance with local employment regulation and provides a consistent employee experience
Contribute to positioning the company as an employer of choice within the industry
Create and coordinate employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, careers platforms, and professional communities
Continuously enhance the candidate experience across every stage of the recruitment journey
Track and analyse recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and candidate experience
Use recruitment data to identify trends and recommends improvements.
