Define and adjust pricing/re-pricing strategies for different products
Improve margin monitoring and profitability tracking




Collaborate with Key Account Managers to equip them with effective tools
Analyze portfolio profitability and identify actionable optimization points
Contribute to a integral insurance community influencing hiring, training, and processes across countries
Requisitos principales 3+ years of experience in health insurance
Fluent in English
Knowledge of sector trends, pricing decisions, and market practices
Quantitative background (statistics, actuarial) with experience in insurance products and business
Ability to synthesize technical, data, business, and legal questions related to insurance
Builder mindset with a focus on scaling and optimizing processes and systems
Willingness to drive changes in the insurance and healthcare industry
Spanish fluency or willingness to learn (preferred)
Experience coordinating with teams in another country (preferred)
Connections and understanding of the Spanish health insurance market (preferred)
