Overview You will lead Deel's Platform vertical focusing on identity and access management. You partner with Compliance, Legal, IT and Data to translate needs into scalable product decisions. You design an IAM architecture that supports diverse users across regions and regulatory contexts. You own the roadmap, drive general verification and compliance strategies, and ensure production stability. This role offers a chance to shape the core infrastructure that enables the company's global scale and security posture.

Own production stability and incident response for IAM systems
Deep technical fluency in IAM, authentication, authorization, or related systems
Experience with global regulatory requirements or compliance frameworks (ideal)
