Overview In this role you enable delivery within a global Quality Transformation Program by coordinating cross‐workstream activities and driving actions to closure. You will partner with integral stakeholders to track risks, issues, and dependencies, and maintain clear status updates and governance. Your hands-on use of Atlassian tools and budget/resource tracking will support timely decisions and project momentum. Responsabilidades Coordinate and track activities across multiple workstreams
Follow up actions, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure resolution
Prepare and maintain project reports, dashboards, and status updates
Organize governance meetings and document decisions, track action items
Support budget tracking, financial reporting, and resource monitoring
Collaborate with business stakeholders,



project teams, and external partners
Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
Requisitos principales Previous experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accountability across teams
Experience tracking and managing project budgets
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite
Fluent English
Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset
Experience within Quality, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated environments is a plus
