Lead a multi-year transformation roadmap prioritizing high-impact business capabilities
Define ownership, handoffs, stage criteria, and accountability for revenue motions
Identify execution gaps across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and drive scalable improvements
Own the end-to-end process taxonomy and governance model to scale with the business
Deep expertise in end-to-end sales processes, operating models, and business workflows
Experience across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success including CRM, CPQ, and sales tech platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Proven track record leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional initiatives that improve revenue performance
