Responsabilidades Provide strategy, structure and leadership to the SE organization within the region
Engage customers with executive presence and maximize satisfaction
Partner with Sales leadership on strategy and strategic opportunities
Collaborate with peers to support regional go-to-market initiatives
Lead data-driven growth initiatives and decision making
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and ensure customer success
Drive capability-building initiatives to introduce new products to customers
Coach and develop SE Managers through career mentoring and performance management
Requisitos principales Experience managing a team including coaching, performance management and mentoring
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Services)
Expertise with Zero Trust concepts and technologies (Network Security, SASE/SSE, ZTNA, Microsegmentation)
Strong analytical skills to derive actionable solutions and provide thought leadership
Customer advocacy with ability to present technical topics to diverse audiences
