Overview As the face and voice of Deel to clients, you cultivate durable relationships and translate them into long-term revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor on operational and product matters, while advocating for clients internally to expand their use of Deel. Responsabilidades Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts within the market segment
Identify and flag risks to prevent churn and coordinate swift internal resolution
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews
Represent the voice of the customer by feeding back product and operational insights

Requisitos principales Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience with client-facing roles
Experience in at least one of: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; able to draw insights from complex data and make actionable recommendations
Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to handle fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
