Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end execution of AI, LLM, and blockchain initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI and Web3 projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational aims, while managing risks and external stakeholders. You'll lead LLM project lifecycles from design to deployment, shaping scalable technical solutions at the intersection of AI, Web3, and blockchain.
Responsabilidades Manage AI, LLM, and blockchain projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align on project goals
Oversee lifecycle of LLM projects, from design through deployment
Capture, communicate, and validate technical and functional requirements throughout the project
Define scope and technical requirements with engineering teams, including data collection, training,



and model deployment
Guide projects to ensure alignment with business goals and scalability for future needs
Support AI/LLM and blockchain architectures and CI/CD pipelines, including cloud-based solutions
Requisitos principales Advanced experience in managing projects involving LLMs, AI, and blockchain technologies
Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technologies and their intersection with AI/LLM projects
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
Solid technical background in AI/ML, LLM architectures, and blockchain technologies with strategic implementation guidance
