Responsabilidades Design end-to-end product experiences from discovery to high-fidelity implementation
Define goals, plan quarterly roadmaps, and make strategic design decisions with the big picture in mind
Mentor junior designers and contribute to building design processes, standards, and culture
Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to review designs and iterate
Shape the formation of the design function as the team grows
Owner mentality: lead discovery, design, validation, and iteration end to end
Hands-on, pragmatic, able to move from rough ideas to high-quality interfaces with engineers
Experience mentoring others and helping define processes, standards, and culture in design
Clear English communication in a fast-moving, international environment
