Overview
In this role you drive robust R&D; design within cost and quality standards, acting as the main interface to customers and coordinating cross-functional design reviews. You will develop schedules, manage investments, and ensure alignment between project needs and R&D; capacity. You lead technical teams to meet milestones while upholding CPM/CLEAN project management practices. This position sits at the intersection of engineering excellence and customer-focused delivery in a integral, multi-cultural environment.
Responsabilidades Ensure robust design aligned with cost targets and company standardization rules
Represent R&D; to the customer and manage the customer relationship
Organize and oversee critical design reviews including Purchasing and Industrialization
Develop detailed project schedules,



define investment needs and manage expenditures
Coordinate R&D; contributors and align project needs with department availability
Lead and organize the execution of design activities to meet milestones
Requisitos principales Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or similar)
Proven track record in the automotive sector
Experience as a Team Leader, Project Lead, or similar role managing technical teams
High level of English (B2/C1)
