Novartis is unable to offer relocation support - please only apply if this location is accessible to you.### About the RoleKey Responsibilities* Partner with General Product Safety Leaders and cross-functional teams to drive effective risk management strategies.* Lead the coordination and delivery of high-quality, regulatory-compliant Risk Management Plans and Aggregate Reports.* Coordinate contributors across functions to secure quality content, annexes, and supporting documentation.* Review risk management documents for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.* Ensure timely development, review, and submission of safety documentation to global health authorities.* Manage Health Authority commitments and track implementation activities across global and local stakeholders.* Support responses to Health Authority feedback and ensure approved requirements are effectively implemented.* Provide training, guidance, and subject matter expertise on risk management processes and requirements.* Contribute to process improvement initiatives, digital innovation, and Artificial Intelligence-enabled solutions.* Represent
