Reporting directly to our CMO / COO, you'll take ownership of Plesh's end-to-end supply chain, working closely with our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners. Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to ensure operational plans support commercial priorities and business growth.
Design and implement scalable supply chain processes, systems and ways of working to support Plesh's next stage of growth.
Procurement
Negotiate prices, lead times and commercial conditions.
Inventory & Planning
Own the operational planning process, balancing demand forecasts, production capacity and inventory levels to ensure excellent service while maintaining efficient stock levels.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging and finished goods across our manufacturing and logistics partners.
Prevent both stock-outs and unnecessary overstock through proactive planning.
Logistics
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.
Work closely with warehouses and transport providers.
