Overview In this role you drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding Zendesk's footprint in Spain and Portugal from Madrid base. You'll combine prospecting with strategic account planning to win new business and deepen existing partnerships through cross-sell opportunities. You will leverage product knowledge and data-driven insights to align Zendesk solutions with client goals, managing complex, multi-month deals and executive sponsorship.

Drive top-line revenue by winning new customers and penetrating top-tier Iberian accounts
Cross-sell additional Zendesk products to existing clients to optimize revenue
Nurture key relationships for satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
Use data insights and adoption history to improve prospecting, retention, and expansion in Spain and Portugal
Create quarterly territory plans and actionable tactics to grow market share
Demonstrate Zendesk product fit with client objectives to drive expansion and satisfaction
Lead complex, value-centric sales cycles with PoCs for high-revenue customers
Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecast to exceed targets
Establish C-level sponsorships and build relationships with decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategy and execution
Negotiate and close complex deals using a consultative approach and strong communication
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Zendesk solutions, competitors, and industry trends
Requisitos principales BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
4+ years in cloud/software B2B/AI sales or solution engineering with a track record of exceeding targets
Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles and renewals with PoCs
