We are looking for a Senior Sound Engineer with solid experience in the advertising industry to join the Publicis Production studio in Madrid. Your focus will be on designing, producing, and mixing sound for our campaigns while also helping define how AI can be naturally integrated into our audio workflows.
Sound design and production for advertising projects (TV, digital, social media, branded content, radio,



and podcasts).
Audio editing, mixing, and mastering for audiovisual post-production projects.
Adaptation of audio for different formats, platforms, and markets.
Active participation in the integration of AI-powered audio tools within the studio's workflows.
Ensuring high-quality standards across all deliverables.
Advanced proficiency in Pro Tools and audiovisual post-production workflows.
Genuine interest and demonstrable knowledge of AI applied to audio , including familiarity with AI-based audio generation and editing tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Adobe Podcast/Enhance, Respeecher, or similar), and a clear understanding of how to integrate them into real-world production workflows.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Previous experience setting up or developing sound studios and audio facilities.
Advanced knowledge of audio plugins,
