As part of its European HR strategy, Klépierre is launching a pilot project to test a Talent Acquisition Hub model serving several of the Group's European countries. Based in Madrid and reporting to the Group Human Resources team, the VIE Talent Acquisition Specialist will support recruitment activities across several European subsidiaries while contributing to the harmonization and continuous improvement of recruitment practices throughout the Group.
This position offers a unique international exposure and the opportunity to help shape a new European HR service model. Beyond day-to-day recruitment activities,



you will play an active role in developing and enhancing the Group's Talent Acquisition tools, processes and best practices.
Manage recruitment activities across a European scope
In partnership with local HR teams and hiring managers, you will:
Gather and qualify recruitment needs, including business context, responsibilities, required skills, budget and timelines.
Write and publish job advertisements in alignment with Klépierre's employer brand.
Manage job posting distribution across the most relevant channels (internal platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, universities, professional networks, etc.) Present shortlisted candidates to HR teams and hiring managers.
Coordinate psychometric assessments when required and share results with HR and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment records within the HRIS (Oracle).
Monitoring candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
Ensuring smooth handover of information to local HR teams for hiring and onboardi
