Senior Program Manager.
The Senior Program Manager, a member of the PMO Office, will be working as part of a worldwide team within the Integral Operations and Services organisation. He/She will be responsible for program/project execution and manage various customer accounts including day-to-day operations.
Creates and maintaines program plans and monitors overall progress by controlling and resolving issues and risks by initiating corrective action as appropriate to successful outcomes.
Ensure that the delivery of products or services from the projects within a program are to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan.
Manage program budgets on behalf of Nagra, monitoring the expenditures and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the program progresses.
Initiate extra activities wherever gaps in the program are identified.
Be responsible for the quality assurance and overall integrity of programs - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of programs; and outwardly on coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs, third parties and the customer technical and specialist standards.
