Responsabilidades Examine policies and practices to ensure regulatory compliance
Monitor changes in banking laws and regulations affecting operations
Coordinate with legal, operations, and compliance on new or revised products/services
Oversee revision and dissemination of compliance standards and procedures
Coordinate and support compliance programs (training, testing, reporting, disaster recovery, contingency planning)
Manage and analyze potentially suspicious activity from automation systems
Interact with branch personnel on unusual activity and customer due diligence
Arrange audits and communicate audit results and recommendations
Requisitos principales Bachelor in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related fields
3–5 years of related compliance experience in banking
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
Strong knowledge of AML/KYC and financial crime prevention regulations
Able to identify compliance risks and implement controls
Excellent verbal and written communication, able to interact with regulators and senior management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to deliver training and compliance-related reports
Autonomous, decisive, ownership-minded with confidential information handling
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to obtain or maintain regulatory certifications as required by authorities
Fluent in E
