Overview
As LNG & Gas Processing Global Sub-segment Leader, you drive early-stage customer engagement and define the segment strategy to electrify, digitalize, and automate gas processing solutions. You will enable regional sales teams, lead cross-functional collaboration, and influence project specifications from pre-FEED to FEED. Your work shapes Schneider Electric's UVP with key accounts and pilots, accelerating adoption of new technologies. This role marries strategic leadership with hands-on market development in a global, cross-regional context.
Responsabilidades Lead the general LNG & Gas Processing sub-segment strategy and growth initiatives
Drive early project engagement and influence front-end specifications with pre-sales teams
Develop and communicate the segment UVP and provide market insights to regional teams
Build and lead a cross-functional global network across Business Units and Regions
Support strategic and regional accounts in identifying opportunities and partnerships




Collaborate with Innovation and Technology to co-develop and scale new solutions
Monitor market trends and opportunities to maintain Schneider Electric's competitive position
Define account coverage strategies and maximize business development effectiveness across regions
Requisitos principales Master degree in Engineering or Business or related field
5+ years in consulting sales, engineering, product support, or project sales
10+ years in the Gas & Offshore segment
Proven experience with large, complex industrial projects
Strong communication with C-level stakeholders and distributed teams
Customer-focused mindset
Strong communication and collaboration with remote teams
Team player with cross-cultural adaptability
LNG & Gas Processing domain expertise
Electrification, digitalization, and automation know-how
Experience in early-stage project engagement (pre-FEED/FEED)
