Marsh is seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead and execute captive insurance opportunities across Europe from Madrid. You will build relationships with clients, prospects, intermediaries and internal Marsh stakeholders, shaping propositions aligned with market needs and Marsh capabilities.
You will support sales from lead generation through proposal development, presentation and negotiation, and contribute to pipeline management, forecasting and revenue reporting.
