NTU International is seeking a highly qualified Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Expert to support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of the programme's MEL framework for the AESPP Boost initiative. The expert will contribute to robust indicators, baselines and data collection protocols in a multi-partner setting.
