Overview In this role you drive supplier strategy and performance for a defined portfolio. You collaborate with Category Management, BU teams and general functions to align supplier contributions with category goals, using scorecards and formal processes to monitor and improve spend, quality, compliance and risk. You will lead quarterly reviews, manage supplier health and risk, and coordinate cross-functional actions to ensure supply continuity and value. This position offers visibility across functions and a chance to shape supplier ecosystems at scale.

Responsabilidades
Develop and execute supplier plans in collaboration with Category Management and BU teams
Monitor spend, performance and segmentation; adjust strategy as needed
Ensure contractual compliance with Flowserve policies and supplier terms
Lead Quarterly/Strategic Business Reviews for long-term alignment
Coordinate supplier development, quality, and risk mitigation activities
Manage supplier relationships and continuous improvement initiatives
Track supplier performance (cost, delivery, COPQ, competitiveness) and drive mitigations
Escalate and coordinate risk and bottlenecks with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Align supplier load with capacity and business needs, proposing options to resolve bottlenecks
Maintain governance and updated supplier master data across sites and units
Support issue resolution and business continuity through global resources
Ensure governance of compliance with terms from both site and supplier perspectives
Requisitos principales 5+ years in Supply Chain
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Commercial and technical understanding of supply chain
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
Project Management proficiency
Knowledge of supply base within the category area
Understanding of market dynamics
Strong analytical skills with data interpretation
