Overview
In this role you drive Deel's growth through strategic acquisitions and post‐transaction integration. You will model and value targets while coordinating cross‐functional teams to align financial, regulatory, and operational aspects. You tackle cross‐border considerations, tax, and payments infrastructure to ensure seamless integrations. This is a chance to shape how Deel scales via acquisitions and strengthens its integral platform. You'll work in a fast‐moving, global fintech environment with meaningful impact on the company's strategy and execution.

Evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
Build and maintain financial models to assess transaction economics
Conduct company valuation analyses including DCF, comps, precedent transactions, and football field
Support due diligence across financial, operational, regulatory,



tax, and legal areas
Analyze target financial statements, revenue models, and cost structures
Prepare internal investment materials and decision‐support presentations for leadership
Assess cross‐border tax structures, payments infrastructure, regulatory licensing, and legal entity implications
Coordinate with Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Payments, and Product teams during evaluation
Assist in negotiation and structuring of acquisitions with internal/external advisors
Develop integration plans for acquired entities across financial reporting, systems, and processes
Align acquired entities with accounting policies, reporting standards, and controls
Support integration of ERP structures and reporting processes
Monitor post‐acquisition integration progress and identify risks
Identify process improvements and operational synergies post‐acquisition
Maintain documentation supporting strategic trans
