What are we looking for?
We're entering a pivotal stage of growth, and we're looking for a hands-on, highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Manager to help build the operational backbone that will support it.
Reporting directly to our CMO / COO, you'll take ownership of Plesh's end-to-end supply chain, working closely with our manufacturers, suppliers and logistics partners. You'll be responsible for making sure the right products are produced,



the right materials are available at the right time, and our customers receive every order on time.
You'll play a key role in scaling Plesh's operations, helping us build the processes, partnerships and supply chain that will support the company's next stage of growth. This isn't about keeping things running—it's about building how Plesh operates as we scale. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build processes instead of simply following them.
What you'll do
Supply Chain
Plan raw material and packaging requirements across our manufacturing partners.
Coordinate production schedules with external manufacturers.
Ensure materials are available on time to avoid production delays.
Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams to ensure operational plans support commercial priorities and business growth.
