In this role you drive global technical alignment to customer standards, defining universal templates and quality expectations. You will tailor onboarding for regional teams and shape commissioning requirements and documentation. You act as a reference for best practices, monitor deliverable consistency, and coordinate cross-regional communications. The position centers on reducing risk, improving tender outcomes, and advancing global standards across electrical, mechanical, and digital domains.

Responsabilidades Ensure technical alignment with customer specifications globally
Define integral standards for the customer (templates, quality expectations)
Prepare onboarding plans for Regional Team Leaders
Establish commissioning requirements and related documentation
Manage clarification, deviation, and exception files
Intervene in major customer issues and coordinate resolution




Audit and monitor consistency of deliverables across regions
Act as reference point for best practices and lessons learned
Assess impact of recommendations on other regions
Coordinate consistent messaging to consultants
Assess technical skills of Regional TLs and provide feedback
