Assistant Director of Human Resources

As Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will support the Director of Human Resources in leading and implementing the resort's people strategy while ensuring excellence in day-to-day HR operations. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture, partnering closely with department leaders and employees across the resort. We are looking for a proactive, approachable, and business-oriented HR professional with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for helping people.
Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation, collective agreements,



and applicable company policies.
Contribute to workforce planning, staffing analysis, and organizational effectiveness.
In conjunction with the Director of Human Resources, lead HR projects, audits, meetings, and initiatives at resort and Marriott level.
Support the Director of Human Resources in the implementation of the resort's people strategy and HR initiatives.
Act as a trusted HR partner to department leaders and employees, providing guidance and support on people-related matters.
Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent attraction initiatives.
Ensure an excellent employee onboarding experience aligned with The Ritz-Carlton culture and service philosophy.
Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning processes.
Support the implementation of Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton HR policies, procedures, and standards.
