Develop deep expertise in Elasticsearch search relevance and drive improvements

Write idiomatic Java (Elasticsearch is primarily Java)
Requisitos principales Professional experience with search or vector databases at scale
Strong core Java skills and knowledge of data structures, concurrency, and lambdas
Ability to own projects from design to delivery with cross-functional collaboration
Experience with asynchronous collaboration and distributed teamwork
Experience with data storage technologies like Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
Track record of using AI to accelerate development and optimize code while owning outcomes
