Overview
As a Quality focal point, you address issues affecting concrete towers during turbine assembly and operation. You collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve complex quality topics, lead the Quality team's actions, and coordinate with suppliers and customers. You prepare quality plans and reports and support on-site execution, while managing quality services via ERP. You will communicate across stakeholders, work under pressure, and travel 10–20% annually. This role supports sustainable energy goals through rigorous quality management.

Responsabilidades Participate in working groups to resolve concrete-tower issues
Attend internal and external meetings with suppliers/customers to follow up on issues
Lead and organize tasks and actions within the Quality team
Produce quality documentation (plans, reports) as outputs of defined actions
Provide on-site support during action execution and issue follow-up
Request and manage quality-related services through ERP systems
Requisitos principales High technical Vocational Training or Engineering degree in a technical field
Experience in a similar issue-resolution role is valuable
MS-Office proficiency
Methodical and organized approach
Results-oriented with adaptability under changing conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and resolve technical issues
Knowledge of concrete structures and precast elements is a plus
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus
Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, Six Sigma) is a plus
High English level
Availability for short trips (10–20% annually)
