Overview
In this role you will drive growth for Romer Labs' diagnostic solutions in Iberia by supporting existing customers, acquiring new ones, and shaping regional sales strategies. You'll represent the brand at conferences, coordinate with logistics to maintain service levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand market presence. You work within a dynamic, multicultural Marketing & Sales environment that values technical expertise and customer focus. Responsabilidades Advise and support customers using diagnostic solutions across food, animal feed companies, laboratories, and distributors
Promote Romer Labs products for analysis of food allergens, mycotoxins, and pathogens
Represent Romer Labs at conferences and seminars
Acquire new customers in Iberia
Leverage marketing and technical resources to grow market share
Coordinate with logistics to maximize service level
Requisitos principales Several years of B2B sales experience (ideally in diagnostic segment)
Life science education background (chemistry, food engineering, biotechnology, biology, agriculture)
Ability to travel ~50% of time
Category B driving license
Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (oral and written)
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural communication abilities
Solution-oriented mindset, analytical thinking, creativity, target orientation, and strong customer focus
Experience with IT systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce)
