Overview
In this role you will drive capital project execution within Mondelēz's supply chain, ensuring quality, safety and environmental standards. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to define budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions for capital investments. You'll implement engineering standards and state-of-the-art processes to optimize resources and harmonize assets. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position with real accountability for project outcomes and capital budgets.
Responsabilidades Plan, develop and execute capital projects to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity
Develop and deliver the capital and technical agenda during project development
Prepare capital budgets aligned with contracts and cash flowForecasts
Ensure engineering developments and standards are properly implemented
Support implementation of advanced processes and equipment strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (quality,



security, production, logistics, maintenance) and external suppliers
Manage full project lifecycle: technical scope, capex, supplier negotiations, installation and commissioning
Adhere to Mondelēz project management processes and standards
Requisitos principales 3-5 years of experience
Factory experience is required
Experience managing engineering projects end-to-end (technical scope, capex, supplier negotiation, project defence, installation and commissioning)
Food or chemical industry experience preferred
