Within the Marketing Organization, the Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of the Trauma, CMF, and PowerTools portfolio in the local market, ensuring alignment with global and regional (EMEA) guidelines while adapting to customer and market needs.
This role acts as a key bridge between Global/Regional teams, sales force, and customers, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring strong field execution. Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute local marketing and business plans aligned with Integral and Regional (EMEA) strategy.
Identify market opportunities through systematic analysis of trends, unmet customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Drive business growth through portfolio development, new product opportunities,



and market expansion initiatives.
Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking (sales, profitability, KPIs).
Ensure launch excellence by driving readiness, go-to-market execution, and post-launch performance tracking.

Define product value propositions and optimize portfolio performance based on data-driven insights.
Commercial Execution & Field Alignment
Lead and coordinate training for sales teams and customers in collaboration with Commercial Education/BDS (business development specialists)
