We are looking for passionate, experienced and result-oriented Independent Sales Representatives to develop our business and dealer network across Spain, Benelux, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop the existing network of independent bicycle dealers
Identify and acquire new dealers and business opportunities
Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with dealers
Drive sales and achieve sales targets across the territory
Collect seasonal orders, pre-orders and at-once sales through customer visits, calls and email
Present MET collections and new products, provide product training and ongoing commercial support to dealers
Support merchandising plans, in-store activations,



promotional activities and local events
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and territory performance, identifying risks and opportunities
Provide regular updates and relevant market insights to the Sales Manager and internal teams
Actively participate in sales meetings, both online and at MET HQ
Collaborate with the MET team to improve customer service, commercial execution and overall business performance
Requirements
Proven experience in sales within the cycling industry
Passion for cycling and strong understanding of cycling xkdbapo products, market trends and the dealer landscape
Established network of relationships with independent bicycle dealers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commercial, negotiation and presentation skills
Result-oriented and proactive mindset
Ability to work autonomously and manage a territory effectively
Fluent in local language and goo
