Working within our Integral Regulatory Affairs team, you will help shape more efficient, data-driven, and scalable regulatory processes while ensuring continued compliance with chemical regulations.

Key task and Responsibilities* Ensure compliance with EU chemical regulations (REACH, CLP, and related legislation) through effective regulatory stewardship,



accurate data management, and robust compliance processes.* Manage and maintain regulatory data in systems such as Chemmate, IUCLID, and other digital platforms, while developing and enhancing reports, dashboards, and tracking tools using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and internal Regulatory Affairs systems.* Apply critical thinking to conduct regulatory assessments and support product development, reformulation, and change management activities, translating regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.* Evaluate existing Regulatory Affairs processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience through digital tools, automation, and streamlined ways of working.* Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to harmonize regulatory practices, support the digital transformation of Regulatory Affairs, and represent Hempel in relevant industry associations.A uni
