In collaboration with the external Cybersecurity Office, is responsible for ensuring the security of the organization's IT and OT environments. This role combines technical expertise and operational responsibility to protect information assets, detect and respond to security threats, and continuously improve the organization's security posture in alignment with the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and TISAX. Manage, maintain, and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements (TISAX, ISO 27001, NIS2).
Ensure IT security across the group, including support to international plants through regular travels.
Lead security awareness initiatives and training programs.
Design, implement, and maintain security controls across infrastructure, networks, endpoints, and cloud environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, TISAX or equivalent.
At least 2 years' experience in cybersecurity.
Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments (IT/OT).
