Overview
In this role you will deliver compensation analysis and support HR business partners by interpreting compensation policies, market data, and job architecture. You will collaborate with internal teams to evaluate job structures, ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, and support Total Rewards initiatives. You'll monitor market trends, prepare reports, and help translate insights into action plans that align with our integral strategy. This is an opportunity to shape compensation practices in a large, mission-driven agribusiness.
Responsabilidades Provide analytical support for compensation requests including data modeling and dashboards across diverse data sources
Assess job leveling, promotions, transfers, and org changes against policies and budgets
Collaborate with teams to evaluate job structures and address misalignments with business risk and payroll implications




Monitor market trends and adapt external best practices to the company context
Prepare reports on jobs, compensation structures, and market benchmarks for leadership discussions
Support Total Rewards projects, including surveys and data analysis with external consultants
Act as a knowledge resource on compensation policies and practices for HR and stakeholders
Requisitos principales Bachelors degree in Business Administration
2–3 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
Knowledge of compensation, job evaluation, market pricing, and analytical skills
