Overview As a Business Architect at Roche, you define and safeguard the architectural vision that aligns with business goals and Roche's Reference Architecture. You lead platform-driven initiatives, promote reusable building blocks, and drive interoperability for patient-facing products. You collaborate across engineering, product, and commercial teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions within Roche's ecosystem. This role offers the chance to influence digital medical products at scale and advance the common platform strategy for reliable healthcare delivery.
Responsabilidades Define and maintain Architecture roadmap and Reference Architecture aligned with Roche Ecosystem strategy
Lead technology strategies and blueprints, guiding application integration using reusable components
Drive platform-first approaches, address data interoperability and event-driven frameworks
Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and Sales/Medical teams to ensure consistent tech implementation




Analyze non-functional requirements (security, performance, scalability) and establish governance to reduce duplication and improve robustness
Requisitos principales Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
10+ years of experience in business/reference architecture and shared platform strategies
Deep knowledge of platform strategies, architectural governance, APIs, and shared services models
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and frameworks like TOGAF or SAFe
Familiarity with healthcare standards such as FHIR and HL7, plus compliance-based design
Advanced consulting and communication skills
Cross-functional collaboration in integral environments
Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps
