You'll be setting up and managing a multitude of partnerships, leading complex implementation projects, building operational processes that are fit to scale globally, and working closely with product and engineering teams across Payments and EU teams. Managing payment scheme implementation projects, onboarding and adherence processes.
Building new back office processes to manage and scale EU payment systems.
Establish processes to manage performance for our partners and operations.
You're familiar with payments regulations that apply to banks within Europe.
able to balance and prioritise short and long term tradeoffs.




You love solving complex problems and have a track record of managing performance and SLAs.
You are organised and have managed complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
You are analytical and make data driven decisions.
A salary range of €53,400 - €65,000 + Incentive Awards tied to your performance.
This role will have a hybrid working model, based in our Madrid office 2 - 3 days a week. We offer adaptable working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, and at times that suit you and your team.
Annual Leave - 38 days including public holidays.
