Overview
In this role you help design and deliver scalable Workday integrations for clients. You will work within the Professional Services team on complex HR and financial processes, using core Workday integration technologies. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, build, test, and deploy robust solutions, and mentor junior consultants. The position is home-based with client-site travel up to 40%, offering strong development opportunities and exposure to diverse industries. You will stay current with Workday integration roadmaps to drive successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Responsabilidades Hands-on development with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Web Services)
Gather requirements, design, build, test, and deploy scalable integrations
Deliver secure, efficient integrations for HR and Financial processes
Act as technical reference,



mentoring junior consultants
Maintain alignment with business needs and technical standards across projects
Manage multiple concurrent integration projects and client relationships
Stay updated on Workday integration roadmap and best practices
Contribute to client satisfaction and project success across engagements
Requisitos principales Proven experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services
Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XSD, and web services
Fluent English
Experience deploying and supporting Workday integrations in a client-facing or consulting environment
Familiarity with HR and Financial systems integration within Workday
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience mentoring others in Workday integration is a plus
