Overview
In this role, you drive Lakebase revenue by engaging map accounts and accelerating adoption among platform, application, and data teams. You'll articulate outcomes, position fully-managed Postgres for operational workloads, and lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to close. You collaborate with product, marketing, and success teams to scale Lakebase proficiency and help customers modernize their data foundations for AI-native workloads. This is a high-impact GTM role at a fast-growing data and AI company with a strong partner and field enablement focus.
Responsabilidades Identify and qualify Lakebase opportunities and drive activations within a defined territory
Articulate value to platform, data, and IT stakeholders and align products to business outcomes
Sell the fully-managed Postgres-as-a-service for real-time, AI-driven workloads
Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from discovery to negotiation and close
Orchestrate proofs-of-value and POCs with solution architects to validate Lakebase benefits




Differentiate Lakebase against legacy and cloud-native ops databases using assets and references
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CS, and Partners to shape territory plans and co-selling motions
Enable the field by sharing Lakebase best practices and sales motions across teams
Requisitos principales Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience with quota attainment in complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Experience selling data platforms, operational databases, or AI infrastructure to technical and business buyers
Strong understanding of modern data architectures and cloud-native services
Ability to sell to both technical stakeholders and business leaders
Experience leading specialist/overlay motions with account teams
Executive presence to whiteboard architectures and engage senior decision makers
Strong value-selling skills, with ability to link capabilities to quantified outcomes
